What personal data we collect and why
When you submit a booking enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, telephone number (optional), the type of event you are enquiring about, your preferred dates, the number of guests (optional), and any message you include.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange and manage your booking. We do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent.
Legal basis for processing
We process your enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — that is, responding to your booking enquiry.
How long we retain your data
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to handle your booking and for our legitimate record-keeping, after which they are deleted. If you would like us to delete your data sooner, please contact us.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your enquiry is sent by email to our bookings address. Our website uses Google services (Google Calendar and Google Maps embeds), which may process your IP address when those embeds load, in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.

Embedded Google Calendar and Google Maps content may also set cookies when you interact with them. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
